Order information is not read by anyone outside Bone Appetite Barkery. All credit information is destroyed (oohhh, we love to shred) after payment is received ~ we do not maintain credit numbers for future purchases, so you’ll have to give it to us every time you order.

We stand behind our treats 100%. If you or your dog is not completely satisfied, we will replace your treats free of charge or refund your money. No need to return them! We hope that you can pass the treats onto a canine friend! We don't have lots of extra dollars to put into advertising, so we depend on our customers to do the advertising for us. So if you aren't happy with us chances are you're not going to tell your friends.All other Bowtique pet products may be returned, in re~sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days. We cannot accept returns after 90 days.
California Artist and friend Kyle Griffin worked hard to create our logo… so we trademarked it! The image cannot be reproduced without written permission or you’ll get in big trouble.
Our treats are not taxable items. Only Bowtique items will be taxed.
