Since we fresh bake your order, it usually takes 7~10 days for your dog to receive it. We do not mass produce or freeze treats. Shipping may take 5 days in transit so we only ship our Bone Appetite Barkery Classics which do not require refrigeration or will mold within a few days. During the holidays, baking and shipping times may increase. All other treats are personally delivered in the local delivery area within 7 days of your order.

We make every effort to make sure your treats are packaged with great care and with lots of bubble wrap.
We treat every order as a “special order” and that is why we talk with you personally when you place it.
Our Classic Treats will last 1 year and do not need refrigerated. Our Gourmutt Softies, Specialty Treats and Pawty Cakes will last 5~7 days in the refrigerator, when stored in an airtight container. These treats also freeze well for up to 3 months.
We stand behind our treats 100%. If you or your dog is not completely satisfied, we will replace your treats free of charge or refund your money. No need to return them! We hope that you can pass the treats onto a canine friend! We don't have lots of extra dollars to put into advertising, so we depend on our customers to do the advertising for us. So if you aren't happy with us chances are you're not going to tell your friends.
All other Bowtique pet products may be returned, in re~sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days. We cannot accept returns after 90 days.
